Employee personal data is stored for up to 5 years after the end of the contractual relationship.

If you choose to withdraw your consent, it will not affect the lawfulness of our processing of your personal data on the basis of your previously given consent and up to the time of withdrawal. Therefore, if you withdraw your consent, it will only take effect from that time. It also does not affect the processing of personal data that, cf. section 2 above, is processed on a basis other than consent.

If you have the right to have the processing restricted, we may in future only process the data – except for storage – with your consent, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, or to protect a person or important public interests.

In certain cases, you have the right to object to our or lawful processing of your personal data. You can also object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes. .
Right to transmit data (data portability)
In certain cases, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to have this personal data transferred from one controller to another without hindrance.
